JonathanY currently ships domestically only within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.

  • Any reasonable rescheduling of shipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, JonathanY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance in case of issues.
