Once the item(s) are returned to our warehouse, we will send you a refund for the amount paid for each item returned, minus $10 return shipping fee per each item. Pre-paid labels are only provided for customers from 48 contiguous United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories). We do not refund original shipping charges. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Washable Rugs are easy to clean in a front-loading washing machine - do not dry clean. Make sure the rug’s size won’t overload the machine. Use a mild detergent with cool water (maximum 85°F) and a gentle cycle. Never use bleach or fabric softener. Hang to dry. Do not iron. Rugs may shrink up to 3% when washed; we recommend using a rug pad to extend the life of your rug.
