Francine 60" Crystal LED Floor Lamp

Q : Will my cats' claws damage the crystal column if they jump on the lamp?

A : The crystal is fairly hard, but a sharp claw can chip or scratch it if it hits directly, so it’s best to keep pets away from the base.

Q : How should i clean the chrome and crystal parts without dulling the finish?

A : Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth after unplugging the lamp; avoid any abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or water, which can harm the chrome plating.

Q : Can the white cotton drum shade be machine‑washed?

A : The shade is not machine‑washable; spot‑clean any stains with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and let it air‑dry completely before re‑installing.

Q : Is the lamp stable enough for a high‑traffic living room?

A : The chromed square platform gives good stability, but because the base is tall, we recommend placing it away from areas where people or furniture are frequently moved.

Q : Is the 72‑inch silk‑wrapped cord safe for pets that like to chew?

A : The cord is silk‑wrapped and not chew‑resistant, so keep it off the floor or use a cord cover if you have pets that gnaw on wires.

Q : Will the included 9w led provide enough light for a bedroom reading nook?

A : The LED gives a soft, ambient glow suitable for general lighting, but if you need brighter, focused light for reading you may want to replace it with a higher‑wattage or dimmable bulb.

Q : Does the lamp shed any material over time, especially the shade?

A : The crystal column does not shed, while the cotton shade may release a few tiny fibers during the first few weeks, which usually fades after regular use.

Q : Where does this lamp look best in a home – living room or bedroom?

A : Its tall, tapered design works well as a statement piece in a living‑room corner or beside a sofa, but it can also serve as a decorative floor light next to a bed if you prefer a more elegant bedside option.
